Obituary of Isaac Williams

On September 22, 2020 a loving husband, father, and grandfather at the age of 84 years and 9 months, passed peacefully away and went to his Heavenly Home to be with his Lord and Saviour. He grew up in Main Brook, NL but was born in Eddies Cove East, NL to loving parents. He had two sisters and one Brother. At a young age he ventured into the forestry Industry and worked there until moving to Labrador City, NL and then to Fort McMurray, AB where he ventured into the Heavy Equipment Industry and worked there until retirement. He was married to the love of his life Ivy for 68 years and built a strong home that was enhanced by a wonderful life and family. Isaac loved to spend time with his family, and he touched many lives along the journey of his life. Isaac was predeceased by his father (Timothy, born in Newfoundland) and his mother (Edna, born in Newfoundland), his sister (Josephine), his brother (George) and his brother in-law Herb Patey. Left to mourn is his wife (Ivy), sister Emily Patey, sister Doreen Saunders (Kevin), Son George (Doris), Son Alvohn (Linda), Son Clifford (Juanita), Son Gary (Becky) along with 9 grand-children and 19 great grand-children. Isaac will be missed beyond measure by his family and friends. His life was a blessing to so many and was deeply loved. Memories of his life and legacy will be forever treasured. Funeral Service to be held Saturday, September 26th, 2020, 1:00pm at the Family Christian Centre, 160 Dickins Drive, Fort McMurray, AB.
