Obituary of Terance Kirk Brown
It is with great sadness that the family of Terance Kirk Brown announce his passing on October 20, 2024, at the age of 59 years.
Terance was born in St. Anthony, Newfoundland, on May 19, 1965, and moved to Fort McMurray, Alberta, in 1984; a place which he would call home for the next 40 years. It was here in Fort McMurray where he started his profession as a journeyman welder. His kind-heartedness will be remembered by all who knew him. As a dedicated sports fan, he loved to watch the Toronto Blue Jays play baseball and the Edmonton Oilers play hockey, especially when he got to travel to Toronto and Edmonton to see a game in-person.
He will be remembered and deeply missed by his brothers: Lindsay Brown (Sharon) and Alisdair Brown; sisters: Natalie Compton (Randy) and Seona Noseworthy; his many nieces and nephews, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and the many friends he has made over the years. Terance is also survived by his beloved cat, Foxxy.
He is predeceased by his parents John and Marcella Brown (Bessey) and brother Kurben Brown.
