Albert Cree

Obituary of Albert J Cree

Please share a memory of Albert to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Albert J. Cree on January 28, 2003, after a courageous battle against cancer.

You’d often find Albert spending his free time outdoors, enjoying the beauty of nature. If not there he’d be in the bingo hall dabbing away.

Albert is survived by his children, Ricky Cree and Wanda Cree; grandchildren, Stefan Ermineskin, Oreo Ermineskin, Micheal Jr. Ermineskin, Raiden Ermineskin, Aiden Cree and Ashton Cree; brother, Fred Cree Sr., as well as Numerous Nieces & Nephews.

Under God’s guidance and protection, The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever!

Albert’s final resting place is on the Abasand Cemetery, 589 Athabasca Ave, Fort McMurray, AB T9J 1H8. All are welcome to visit him.
