I was shocked to hear of my sisters passing. On Aug 19 th, Iris wished me a happy birthday, and she wanted to know if I had received her card in the mail. Her greetings warmed my heart. Less than 24 hours later, she slipped away. It seemed unreal, but it was true. I will cherish every memory I have of her. A bond between sisters, is a special bond, that even death cannot destroy! I cannot even wrap my mind around the celebration and joy of heaven. However, I can only imagine, the reality of her meeting Jesus, face to face, and the reunion with her loved ones, for her now, heaven is for real! I love you dear sister, and with great anticipation, I look forward to meeting you again.

I was so saddened when I got the news of my dear sisters passing.
Heartbroken, is the least I can say. I have many fond memories of her. I well remember when she would come home for summer visits along with the children. I also remember when I would go to Stephenville on summer vacation and we would have so much fun.
God took you just a few steps ahead of the rest of us. I am so anticipating the day of our reunion. Sis, “Heaven is a family reunion” & I can’t wait to see all my family members that have gone before......Dad, Mom,Claudette & Arlen and lots of other relatives. Love you all....But until then, my heart will go on singing.

It's with sad feelings that I write this. You were our oldest Sister, and losing another sibling isn't easy, but I thank God that you are free from pain now. Love you my dearest Mom... I had the privilege of being one of your daughters, I Thank my Savior that he chose you for me and me for you.... I am happy you are where you are meant to be, and where I want to be when it’s my turn to have the same party your having today....my heart hurts but it is happy at the same time. God took you home at the perfect age, 77, and you passed with no pain and you didn’t have to be separated from your family...
