It is with shock and sadness that I am reading Brad's obituary. He and I attended the same High school and graduated the same year. I fondly remember his signature smile. Brad seamlessly moved throughout all school cliques and clubs. He treated everyone it seemed as equals, and was kind to all. That was both refreshing and touching for those who were shy and uneasy in our huge classes.
This is primarily why I decided to share these words with the Chaffey families. Few male teens could hold a candle to Brad.
God bless you Debra, Brad's dear wife; Ashley and Ryan; Elsie Brad's Mom; Brads siblings; all relatives and friends.
On behalf of the Bert and Jeanne Golosky Family.

I idolized him. I only met him a few times. I Loved Uncle Gary and his family. They were so good to me. . I was an up and coming hockey player and I got to watch Brad play junior A in Red Deer. I was so excited to watch him. He got kicked out. Lol. Got to talk to him after the game and he treated me so well as a little boy. I will remember that forever. It Made my childhood to meet my 1st cousin who was living the hockey dream like I was. We will meet in heaven Cuz !! With skates and sticks In our hands playing pond hockey !!

So sorry to hear of Brad's passing, I never really had the privilege of knowing him like many others, but he was an amazing person, from all the wonderful things I have read. Hold dear to your precious memories and they will sustain you in the days ahead. He is now gone home ahead, and with his Dad, I am sure they are watching over you all. Know you are in my thought and prayers, and I am thinking of each one of you as you go through this very difficult time.

Brad was a true gentleman. I knew Brad from Camrose and what struck me was how he always had time for a conversation. Through the years when Debbie's parents lived in Cold Lake, Brad would often drop by my store for a quick visit and hello.
This selfless gesture always left me with an impression of a nice person. I am very sorry for your loss.

To all of the Chaffey Families
It is with great sadness to hear of my amazing cousin’s passing. He had an infectious smile that would make anybody smile even when they never felt like smiling. He was an awesome husband to Debra & definitely the light of his life as well as his children, Ashley & Ryan. He spoke of them every time we would meet. He loved his family & his life. He will surely be missed by all who knew him. Our condolences to Ruth, Todd & family, Kelleigh & family, Deb & family as well as all you were close to Brad. You are all in our prayers as you face the days ahead. Love & hugs to all my sweet cousins. Our heart aches for you all. Hold on to all the precious memories, which are many, in the days ahead. God Bless you all.
