We, the family of Dana William Park are so saddened and heartbroken over the sudden loss of our beloved Son, Brother, Grandson, Uncle & Nephew.
Dana passed away from natural causes on Monday, January 24th, 2022, in his home in Fort McMurray, Alberta, at the young age of 41.
He is survived by his parents Sheila & William Park, his only sibling Diane Fleming, brother-in-law Arnie and his special nephew Sam, his Aunt Tracey Druggett-Stephenson, who was more like another sister to him. Grandfather Kenneth Druggett, Aunts & Uncles; Derek & Helen Park, Mona Wheeler, Christina Gilbert, Louise Park, Karen & Raymond Darrigan, Marina & Russell Sheppard, Valerie & Dale Park, all from Lark Harbour & York Harbour, Newfoundland. Rodney & Michelle Druggett in Florida. Many cousins and a large circle of close friends.
He is predeceased by his Grandparents; Ruby Druggett, Robert & Helena Park. Aunts & Uncles; Dorothy Sheppard, Olive & Charlie Sheppard, Russell Park. Cousin Jodi Sheppard-Pinsent and her baby Jill.
Dana was born in Corner Brook, Newfoundland on February 6th, 1980. He was the most lovable, kind, funny, and friendly person anyone could meet. He loved sports, music, and was always up for a good time.
Cremation will be taken place and a family service will be held in Fort McMurray at a later date, due to current Covid restrictions. Summer of 2022, his ashes will be taken to Lark Harbour, Newfoundland, where he will be laid to rest.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the charity of one's choice.
