Brenda & family,
I am so sorry to hear of Kevin’s passing, he could light up a room with that smile and I don’t ever remember seeing him without it. I first met you all when I was younger and attended MGA. He was a wonderful person and truly loved his Lord and his family. He’s now gone home ahead and you have that glorious hope of reuniting with him again someday. I know it doesn’t feel that way when you lose a loved one who had such an impact on so many people. Hold dear to your precious memories and they will sustain you in the days ahead. Know that others care and are praying for you.

Our sincere thoughts and prayers go out to Brenda and all the family members. We’ve known Kevin and Brenda when they first came to Ft McMurray as a newly married couple with their first child. They attended MGA and we got to share many different church memories with them. We remember Kevin as always having a cheerful smile and greeting. He was very devoted to Brenda and family. He had a deep love for God and a heart for hurting people. He was there to lend a helping hand and to encourage. He will certainly be missed by family and many friends. Cherish the good memories, Brenda, and let Kevin’s legacy live on until we all meet again in heaven.

I’ll never forget everything the time I spent with Kevin. Every year usually around June him and Brenda would come down to Corner Brook and come see me and my sister and I’ll never forget any of those memories. From going to captain cooks lookout or McDonalds and a movie, there were so many times I’ll always cherish and take with me and I’ll always have kevin to thank for that. a few years ago when me and my family went to Disney is started to downpour and we had to go find a store that sold umbrellas. And when we found that store the most expensive one had a Harley Davidson logo on it but it was the only one I wanted because of Kevins love for that brand that was always his brand. I know your riding that yellow Harley in heaven as I’m writing this.

We are so sorry to hear of Kevin's passing. He was a good friend of David and they worked together in Brink's for 3 years. Kevin was David's supervisor. Those were enjoyable years for David. Kevin has made his journey home to heaven. We express our condolences to you, Brenda and your family! God bless you all!

Rest in peace Kevin, you’re a truly sweet soul. You are one of the reasons I treasure my years at Suncor, you being there while I was. I make these comments in the present tense. A tribute to the good man you will always be. Blessings and love.

I remember all the times we shared together and I’ll never forget them there the times I will always cherish the most. I will always remember you singing “beautiful blue eyes” but replacing the blue eyes with brown eyes for me and my sister. I remember the video you made for us that we both watched a million times to “wild thing” and your love for Harley Davidson. Every time, even now when I see that iconic logo I think of my Uncle Kevin. You were a special light in my life that I will never be able to replace. When we went to Disney years back and it poured rain I picked out the most exspensive umbrella out in the shop.(to mom and dads displeasure)because I didn’t want one that didn’t have that Harley Davidson logo on it. I know god has got one hell of an angel up there and I know you’re riding a nice Harley up there now. Love you uncle kev.

The memories with uncle Kevin were endless! From the many movies we watched. To going to McDonald’s afterwards. The time he had his yellow Harley home with him. The gifts he would bring home for us, the times we spent at the cabin in pinch gut. And one of my favourites all the times he would sing beautiful brown eyes to me. From the day we were born you guys loved us so much and we love you more than you know! You guys will always have a special place in my heart. The memories are endless. I love you so much Aunt brenda and Uncle Kevin.

Elaine and I moved to Fort Mcmurray in 1978 met Kevin and Brenda worshiped at the same church. Spent time together watched our children grow together and made many good memories. He loved life and loved working with people and spending time with family and friends. It’s so sad to see my brother in the lord leave this earth but I know he’s resting in the presence of Jesus. Till we meet again my good friend.

Aunt Brenda and Family:
Its hard to find the words to express how heartbroken we are. Uncle Kevin will always hold a special place in our hearts. You both are so important and so loved by us. We became a family during our time in Alberta. Such a close family that you and uncle Kevin became the God parents to our children Julie and Joseph. All those wonderful memories we shared will keep uncle Kevin alive in our hearts. In a lifetime you meet people who have a lasting impact on your life.. you and uncle Kevin are those people. God has big plans for uncle Kevin with a special place for him in heaven..May the memories you made and the love you shared hold you tight so you can find the strength to get this. Its like the song ..My chains are gone ..I've been set free. Uncle Kevin is free.. Love always Susan, Chris, Joseph and Julie Pittman ( Pasadena Nfld). We love you both so much.
